A panorama of myself, cloned, dancing in the morning on my street.

Beauty

The beauty in photography is being able to capture a person's feeling and experiences that can be remembered forever, or shows the way that they live. Some characteristics of photographic beauty is the person's personality, facial expression, and their feelings towards something. Something ugly can be photographed and be considered beautiful by lighting and the way it is photographed such as a dead flower being taken and made beautiful with the way it was taken.
To me this is considered a beautiful photograph because it shows a story behind everything that is photographed.

Alfred Stieglitz

Alfred Stieglitz was an American photographer who made photography an accepted art form over his fifty year career. He married Georgia O'keeffe was a famous painter. They influenced each other by Stieglitz paying for her painting studio and O'Keeffe being his muse in his photography.
Photograph by Alfred Stieglitz. I chose this photo as my favorite because it is very simple but has a story behind it.

Macro Photography

These Macro Photography photos were taken throughout my every day life. Some are from school, the pumpkin patch, and at a dance studio. I found it interesting to look close up to things that we encounter on a  regular basis. By looking close up to these items you can understand and learn a lot more about them. Most of these photos were taken on gloomy, rainy days, and without much light.
